The AYM Institute - Table Yoga Massage diploma, is a dynamic fully practical bodywork qualification that teaches you all you need to know to confidently deliver an amazing full body table treatment in just 6 days.
On completion of this course students will be able to:
Confidently set up a treatment space to receive clients
Confidently access clients needs before the session with an intake form
Confidently give a full body holistic Table Yoga Massage
Confidently understand massage indication and contraindication
Qualify for public liability insurance to be able to offer Table Yoga Massage professionally
There are no prerequisites to join our trainings other than an open mind and genuine wish to help people.
Our Courses are specially designed to make learning easy, with lots of repetition of the material, divided into 3 easy to digest sections. During the training we will be systematically exploring and learning how to work with the body in 3 sections.
On the final day students have the opportunity to give a supervised TYM treatment assessed by the instructor.
RESULTS
After completing the training you will be able to confidently give a full body treatment, comprising uniquely combines yoga-massage with myofascial release, shiatsu & acupressure, deep tissue & sports massage and trigger points, into a fluid, full body, holistic massage system, that deeply massages and stretches the whole body and is delivered on a massage table.
The diploma also qualifies you for public liability insurance to begin offering TYM professionally.
The schedule is 9am - 6pm daily with a 1 hour lunch break
