The Ayurvedic Yoga Massage Institute Uk offers only small group courses where students benefit from lots of individual attention. Cancellations or no-shows make it very difficult for us to be able to run these courses viably. As a result we have to have a strict cancellation policy.

1.Deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances regardless of cancellation date and are only transferable to another training date and location with written notice 28 days before the start of the course.

2.All bookings made within 28 days of the date of the course/workshop are final. No refunds or changes are possible.

3.Any participants signing up within the 14 days of the course will need to pay in full.

4. If you cannot attend a course/workshop, or do not turn up on the day, no refund will be given. If you want to attend on a later date, you will have to pay again in full.

5.In the unlikely event that a training needs to be cancelled by the AYM Institute - students will receive immediate email notification and a full refund. ( We cannot accept responsibility for any extra costs incurred due to cancelation including airfare )
