Hands-On Skills Tune-Up for all AYM Students

A full-day immersive Refresher Day Workshop open to all AYM therapists interested in revisiting, refining and strengthening their Ayurvedic Yoga Massage skills in the company of likeminded therapists.

Open to all AYM therapists, this day is designed to help you reconnect with your practice, deepen your confidence, and renew your touch in a supportive, interactive learning environment.

Through a mix of hands-on practice, guided group review, and shared massage exchange, we’ll revisit key elements of the AYM sequence refreshing technique, flow, body mechanics, assisted yoga stretching and practical application.
