Level 4 is a fun 2 day advanced training that builds onto the material covered in the AYM Institute diploma levels 1,2 & 3.

As a returning AYM student, you can expect;

  • With step by step guidance, gain confidence in giving.

  • Advanced, in depth deep tissue massage techniques, using both hands and feet, for each muscle group.

  • Advanced assisted stretches, to work with a wider range of postural issues and injuries.

Level 4 is a 2 day advanced training, ideal for students wanting to add more techniques to their AYM toolkit.

Students will receive an AYM Level 4 full detailed photo manual & an AYM Institute Level 4 certificate.
