AYURVEDIC YOGA MASSAGE INTRO WORKSHOP, WIMBORNE, DORSET

Sunday January 5th 2025, 2pm - 6pm.

Come and learn some deeply restorative AYM techniques, and take away enough to deliver your own 30 minute treatment.

The workshop is a fantastic way to get an introduction to and feel the benefits of Ayurvedic Yoga Massage yourself, in a fun 4 hour workshop at Le Ananda Yoga & Therapy - 12pm -4pm

Techniques covered include back massage, arms & hands massage and deeply grounding and relaxing head, neck and shoulders massage, that you can use with family and friends.

Following in March 2025 we will be offering the full Ayurvedic Yoga Massage accredited therapist diploma at Le Ananda Yoga & Therapy - Students that sign up for the intro workshop and continue to join the diploma training will receive a £50 discount on the diploma training in March 2025 at LeAnda Yoga & Therapy.
