Come and learn some deeply restorative AYM techniques, and take away enough to deliver your own 30 minute treatment. The workshop is a fantastic way to get an introduction to and feel the benefits of Ayurvedic Yoga Massage yourself, in a fun 4 hour workshop at Yogasara in Montpellier - 2pm -6pm

Techniques covered include back massage and deeply grounding and relaxing head, neck and shoulders massage, that you can use with family and friends.

Following in April 2025 we will be offering the full Ayurvedic Yoga Massage accredited diploma at Yogasara - Students that sign up for the intro workshop and continue to join the diploma training will receive a £50 discount on the diploma training in April 2025.
