AYM REFRESHER DAY – Hands-On Skills Tune-Up for AYM Students

A full-day immersive Refresher Day Workshop open to all past AYM Institute students interested in revisiting, refining and strengthening their Ayurvedic Yoga Massage skills in the company of likeminded therapists.

Whether you’ve completed one of our AYM diploma levels or participated in training with us previously, this day is designed to help you reconnect with your practice, deepen your confidence, and renew your touch in a supportive, interactive learning environment.

Through a mix of hands-on practice, guided group review, and shared massage exchange, we’ll revisit key elements of the AYM sequence, refreshing technique, flow, body mechanics, assisted yoga stretching and practical application.
