Join us for an unforgettable 7 day immersion in the jungle and become a certified Ayurvedic Yoga Massage therapist.

This fully residential intensive program tucked away in the Goan jungle is a unique way to fully immerse yourself into this rare massage modality surrounded by lush tropical nature and a like minded supportive group.

This is a fast track massage training that has been programmed to include 2 half days to leave time to enjoy the nearby beach and ocean or simply relax in the tranquil jungle surroundings.

Our training is 99% practical, essentially you will be receiving and giving massage for 7 days under the instruction of AYM Institute founder and instructor James Winstanley. On completion of the training you will qualify for the AYM Institute diploma ( a recognised professional massage qualification ) which qualifies for insurance to be able to practice AYM professionally.

LEVEL 1

The Back Body - In level 1 we cover how to give deep tissue techniques for the back, shoulders, neck, arms & back of the legs when your partner is laying face down / prone - Including how to use your feet and body weight to deeply massage the larger muscle groups & assisted yoga stretches for the spine, shoulder blades, hips, knees & ankles.

LEVEL 2

The Seated Body - In level 2 we cover how to give deep tissue techniques & assisted yoga stretching when your partner is seated on the floor, including use of props to help deepen the stretches & how to use your feet to deliver dynamic heart opening assisted yoga stretches for the spine, neck, shoulders & low back + review of level 1

LEVEL 3

The Front Body - we cover how to give deep tissue techniques for the front of the legs, abdomen, shoulders, forearms, hands, neck, head and face & assisted yoga stretches for hamstrings, hips, spine & neck, including the use of props to help assist the stretches + review of level 2
