This two-day foundational training in Ayurvedic Yoga Massage (AYM) offers a practical and immersive introduction to a holistic bodywork method that combines deep tissue massage, assisted yoga-based stretches, and breathwork. Suitable for both beginners and experienced therapists, the course provides hands-on instruction in using hands and feet for effective treatment, covering techniques for both the front and back of the body. By the end of the workshop, participants will be able to deliver a complete 60-minute AYM session and integrate its principles into their existing wellness or therapeutic practice.
