James Winstanley

James Winstanley is the founder of the AYM Institute UK. James graduated with a degree in Massage Therapy from the prestigious Swedish Institute of Massage Therapy and Acupuncture in NYC in 2003 and later travelled to India where he studied with and went on to become assistant teacher to Master Kusum Modak the creator of Ayurvedic Yoga Massage. James received Kusum’s blessing to teach the AYM method and in 2010 James founded the AYM Institute with fellow AYM student Simon Griggs and taught the UK’s very first recognised AYM Diploma training. James was honoured to add his extensive medical knowledge to the AYM Diploma curriculum having studied western medical massage at degree level and worked with medical doctors, acupuncturists and chiropractors after graduation in NYC. Since then James has taught AYM around the world and continues to share the AYM Institute Diploma using the highest level of teaching and practice .
