AYURVEDIC YOGA MASSAGE INTRO WORKSHOP, LONDON

Saturday April 13th, 10am - 2pm 

Come and learn some deeply restorative AYM techniques, and take away enough to deliver your own 30 minute treatment. The workshop is a fantastic way to get an introduction to and feel the benefits of Ayurvedic Yoga Massage yourself, in a fun 4 hour workshop at our HQ in West London - 10am -2pm

Techniques covered include back massage, arms & hands massage and deeply grounding and relaxing head, neck and shoulders massage, that you can use with family and friends.

Following in November 2023 we will be offering the full Ayurvedic Yoga Massage accredited therapist diploma training at the studio in Fulham - Students that sign up for the intro workshop and continue to join the diploma training will recieve a £50 discount on the diploma training in November 2023.
