ayurvedic yoga massage intro workshop, BRIGHTON

The workshop is a fantastic way to get an introduction to and feel the benefits of Ayurvedic Yoga Massage yourself, in a fun 4 hour workshop at the Old School Studio, Hove - 10am -2pm

Techniques covered include back massage, arms and hands massage and deeply grounding and relaxing head, neck and shoulders massage, that you can use with family and friends.

Following in October 2024 we will be offering the full Ayurvedic Yoga Massage accredited diploma at the Old School Studio, Hove - Students that sign up for the intro workshop and continue to join the diploma training will receive a £50 discount on the diploma training in October 2023.
