The Ayurvedic Yoga Massage Institute diploma is a dynamic fully practical bodywork qualification that teaches you all you need to know to confidently deliver an amazing full body floor based massage over one week.
On completion of the course you will be eligible for public liability insurance & can start to offer AYM professionally.
This is an intensive 56 hour training that has been programmed to include some half days.
The training is 99% practical, essentially you will be receiving and giving massage for 7 days.
The Ibiza AYM diploma is a non residential training held in the beach town of Santa Eulalia.

During the training we will be systematically exploring and learning how to work with the body in 3 sections. See details below.
LEVEL 1 The Back Body / Prone
Deep tissue massage using your hands and feet to loosen the muscles and fascia for each major muscle group in the back , shoulders, neck , legs and feet,Assisted yoga stretches for the spine, shoulders, hips, legs, ankles and feet
LEVEL 2 The Seated Body
Deep tissue massage and assisted yoga stretches and use for props, for the back, shoulders and neck in the seated position + a review of level 1
LEVEL 3 The Front Body / Supine
Deep tissue massage for each major muscle group on the front of the body, legs, hips, stomach, arms, hands , shoulders, neck, head and face, Assisted yoga stretches and mobilisations for the hips, spine, shoulders, arms, wrists and fingers and neck + review of level 2
On the last day of the training students have the opportunity to give a supervised AYM treatment assessed by the instructor.
RESULTS
After completing the training you will be able to confidently give a full body massage on a mat on the floor ( no need for a massage table ) comprising deep tissue massage with both your hands and feet and assisted yoga stretching .
The diploma also qualifies you for public liability insurance to begin offering AYM professionally.
