                                                  CORE INTEGRATION - YOGA MASSAGE TRAINING

This intensive and yet easygoing Basic Training is all about reviving the "forgotten language" of our body through conscious "touch", and soft versus deep tissue massage techniques with assisted stretches. You will experience and learn various methods to painlessly release body-mind tensions in a loving and skillful way. The course is open for everyone wanting to explore the magic and mystery of the body and to discover the joy and trust that sharing yourself through your hands can bring. It’s also a unique opportunity for different therapists already working with people, especially body workers, to enhance their skills and widen their experience.

 

Note:   - session practice consists of working with different models, female and male (twice a day) and will be done in under garment,  

           - sheets & towels are provided.

           - short finger nails are a nescesary requirement.

           - if you have a massage table, please see if you can bring it.

This training is specially designed and recommended for all Yoga, Pilates, Fitness practitioners / trainers and people who love to explore spiritual growth through the wisdom of the body.

This exquisite, intensive, and yet easygoing, 7 days training basically teaches how to understand pain, stress, and tension in the body/mind complex and learn new ways to prevent & release it. Through daily instruction and practise (exchanging sessions on different models), you will experience and learn deep tissue massage techniques, combined with assisted yoga stretches to release and lengthen the core muscles. We'll also work with breath, jointrelease, and hara-awareness methods to gain the most effect with the least effort.

The focus however will be on releasing physical tension and emotional holding patterns that keep the body from archieving ideal balance and greater flexibility. With a meditative approach on practising core integration-yoga massage, you can have a taste of what it feels like to be aware of your core, and live from your core.

This training is open to body-therapists, professionals and also people without any bodymassage experience. At the end of the course/training you will get a certificate and you will be able to create full sessions specifically geared to meet people’s individual needs.
