Ayurvedic Yogamassage / Core integration
Is a powerful system of meditative bodywork that combines deep touch with yoga stretches. One session can help you gain flexibility, muscle relaxation and restore the flow of energy throughout your whole body. Developed after many years of study and practise, Core Integration restores the body's natural state of balance by means of deep connective tissue manipulation, assisted yoga stretches from ayurvedic origin, jointmobilization and re-educating the body.
Balance is essential in all aspects of life and Core Integration aims to restore the body's natural balance by improving the vertical connection of the main body parts: head, shoulders, chest, pelvis and legs. Poor vertical connection is one of the main reasons for chronic pain and stress in the body-mind complex. A body in balance brings the experience of relaxation and aliveness.

Ideally, your body is capable of allowing the free flow of energy and the spontaneous expression of feelings. It is efficient and graceful in its movements. Such a body has bright eyes, breathes freely, is smoothly skinned, has elastic muscle tone and is well coordinated. A sense of vitality and well-being are characteristic feelings of a body in harmony with itself.
It is through the body that we reach the divine. When we allow the body's energy to flow, we become a river of bliss.
The name "Osho" refers to an Indian mystic, who, for thirty eight years taught 'the Secrets of Life' & Love as a Tantric Zen Master in India before leaving his body in 1990.
The ancient art of Ayurvedic yoga massage has been refined and sophisticated in Osho's Meditation Resort through Rebalancing, Jointrelease, Shiatsu, Postural Integration and more, shaped and inspired by Osho and rooted in meditation.
Some of his words:
Massage is to come to a rapport with the aliveness of somebody else's body and to feel where it is missing, to feel where the body is fragmentary and to make it whole...to help the energy of the body so it is no more fragmentary, no more contradictory. When the energies of the body are falling into line and become an orchestra, then you succeed.
So be very respectful about a human body. It is the very shrine of God, the temple of God.
So with deep reverence, prayer, learn your art. It is one of the greatest things to learn.

Bodywork can take us out of compulsive thinking and bring us back into the life of the body - to being more present in the moment. Usually we live at a distance from our bodies, our sexuality, and from the signals that the body is giving. Once our senses are opened, our energy flows through the whole body. We feel vibrant and connected to our environment.
Core Integration brings our body back in a natural state of alignment which enables us to move and balance from our core, from our center of gravity. The body continually relates to the physical force of gravity. If various segments of the body are not more or less aligned, then the external muscles labor to maintain an upright posture. The pelvis, abdomen, chest and head balance easily when their center of gravity are in line. Then the upright balance comes easily from the core muscles.
Ordinarily people are not aligned this way. The easy and natural relationship to gravity can be disorganized by many factors; accidents, misguided habits, or deep psychological and emotional traumas. In this misalignment, we struggle to move, and as the fascial webwork of connective tissue adapts to support our movements, the body gradually changes shape and posture.
With a series of Core Integration sessions, the whole body can be systematically reorganized by proceeding from the outer layers to the deeper ones and bringing all the major segments into an integrated system of balance. Those centers of energy which we call chakras lie along the same central line of gravity.
It is a fact that this core physical balance is directly related to the core feeling of one's own being. The usual sense we have of ourselves and the world is based on our characteristic patterns of tension. When the outer layers of the body release to permit the inner layers to function, a deeper awareness opens up. This is not only a physical experience but also a sensation of inner expansion.
When we release tensions and move into the natural balance of our core. we find trust, balance and a deep sense of who we truly are. Core Integration gives us a dramatic shift in consciousness - a much deeper experience of our own being. Contracted thought patterns release and are replaced by a more expanded viewpoint.
